We've hit another stretch goal!

Exciting news: we crossed our first stretch goal just last week, and now we've already hit our second stretch goal with over $3500 raised!  This one brings a new statement card into the fold: Mud-Sling!

This statement card is a great way to offload scandals, but it has some drawbacks as well. For starters it's hard to use for a win, since you'll wind up with that last scandal from your target.  Also, while it's immune to our "Retaliate" card which only affects card drawing, it spectacularly backfires if "Conflicting Messages" is played against it, which will leave you holding all 3 scandals!

Less than a week after hitting our goal, and we're already at $3000!

A lot of effort went into the creation of Dumpster Fire, but even at 99 cards, there were still a lot of ideas left behind. Hitting our stretch goals lets us grow the game and bring some of those cards in.

This is our first stretch goal, the 100th card in the deck, and it means we've succeeded beyond our expectations, so we wanted something special. There were a couple contenders (like Mud-sling and Pivot), but we settled on something more direct.

Dumpster Fire... the card!  We're Dumpster Fire Games, making Dumpster Fire the game, yet somehow we didn't have Dumpster Fire the card.  Not only that, but we've got a unique version of the card for our first printing.

Front and center is the fiery yet cheerful dumpster we refer to as "Dumpy".  He didn't match the final aesthetic of the game, but he was far from forgotten.  Any future printings will use a more traditional design, but for our first run, and our 100th card, we wanted something flashy, and this was his chance to shine!  

Regardless of the artwork, this card will bring unavoidable chaos to any hand it's a part of. And unlike other Executive action cards, this one can't be stopped or interfered with.  It's the best kind of fun.

We've done it!

This should've gone up yesterday, but since Michael and I both have outside employment beyond developing Dumpster Fire, it had to wait a little bit.  But that doesn't mean we're anything less than ecstatic over reaching our funding goal at such an incredible pace! 

We've gotten an amazing amount of support from all of you, and it's really going to help our plans for Dumpster Fire take off!  We both want you to know how grateful we are for every single pledge, and how excited we are on taking another big step toward bringing our game from concept to completion.

Some good news regarding shipping.

Since this is our first Kickstarter, one of our big concerns was making sure we could get shipping and fulfillment right, so we decided to act cautiously and list shipping only to places we were absolutely certain on.  After receiving a few questions, it's clear this game has wider appeal than we imagined.  

We've added Australia to our shipping locations on the pledge tiers, but I also want you to know:
